Jurassic Lake

Strobel Lake. (aka Jurassic Lake) for Hardcore Anglers

The Fishing

Imagine yourself in a journey through the middle of south Patagonia. Those places where all you have is what you bring and with the ones you’re sharing the trip, you definitely connect with your self and instinct. Well, how can you describe fishing when you are heading to one of the wildest places in the middle of the Argentinean stepp, surrounding with ancient ruins form the Tehuelches Tribe. Every mile, is a world hard to described, but I can insure you, it is worth it. Those Jurassics trouts take not just the best of your technique, your muscle play the game too. In one word, this place is ACTION ¡¡

Lodge

The fishing camp is situated next to the Lake, over a hill where you have a great view of the environment. The only thing you need is wake up and walk a hundred meters and you´ll be ready to go, at the lake or the only tributary river, the Barrancoso.
Now, been there, after a couple of minutes you figure asking, how can they bring all that confort to a isolate place like that. What you can expect of this crew; motivation, tenacity and like all of us, that “taste” of madness.
